  • June 1999 - present, Systems and Procedures Analyst, Administrative Office of the NJ Courts, Trenton NJ: Duties include policy analysis, statistical reports, project design, systems analysis, database design and maintenance, design of automated solutions, programming, website design and maintenance, full Software Design Life Cycle in all aspects, and conducting training as required.

  • June 1997 - June 1999, Programmer, Dezine Healthcare Solutions, New Brunswick NJ: Duties included acting as programmer lead for a new release, researching special code requests and producing time and cost estimates, database maintenance, designing and coding new modules, and maintenance and debugging of older code.

  • April 1988 - June 1997, ACSES Systems Manager, Superior Court of NJ - Monmouth Vicinage, Freehold NJ: Duties included policy analysis,  project design, systems analysis, database design and maintenance, conducting training, programming, and coordination with other Vicinages on the use of ACSES (Automated Child Support Enforcement System).

  • December 1986 - March 1988, Technician, MIS, NJ Division of Public Welfare, Trenton NJ: Duties included training personnel, analysis of beta release programming, project support, need and systems analysis on systems improvements, and review and correction of proposed manuals.
